PAYMENTS
We accept online payment via a direct link using a fully protected, secure, payment gateway with Sage Pay.  Accepted cards are; Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and American Express. When you proceed to make your purchase, your browser makes a connection to the secure section of our website. Your browser will show a padlock in the bottom right corner to indicate that it has made a secure connection and depending on your browser a window may pop-up to notify you that you are entering this safe area.To protect cardholders, your bank may request that you are screened using 3D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa) and by an independent fraud prevention service. We may contact you for additional security purposes should we deem this necessary.Please note your credit or debit card will be charged in full at the time of order, this also includes the cost of any items which are to follow at a later date. All prices are in UK Pound Sterling and your order total will be in UK Pound Sterling.

PRODUCT IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS
While every effort has been made to portray our products accurately, slight variations may occur and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

SIZING
Sizing nightwear & loungewear is an art.  Our products are loose enough to move freely as you lounge and sleep, yet tailored and shaped to look great.  The sizing chart outlines your measurements [as a guide] and not the measurements of the garment. We know that you want to be comfortable and so the actual products are bigger than your measurements.

PRICES
Prices are as set out on the website and include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Catalogue and Website are accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price, or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

OFFERS & OFFER CODES
Please remember that if you have an offer code to redeem you will need to do it at the basket page before you finalise the payment of your order. Unfortunately once the order is placed we cannot retrospectively apply an offer. Please refer to the individual details of any offers in regards expiry dates and conditions of use. Unless stated otherwise, only ONE offer can be applied to your order at any one time.

RETURNS
At Bonsoir we are confident you will love your new purchase, however, if the item is not suitable we are more than happy for you to return it to us [this will only apply if the item is unworn, unwashed and in good condition] within 30 days of receipt of the goods, and we will either exchange them or refund you.  A returns form is on the reverse of your invoice; this will be inside your parcel.  Please complete the form fully and remove the peelable returns label and affix to the outside of your parcel. Please remember to obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods whilst they are in transit to us.  Please note that Bonsoir do not pay for items to be returned.  Please affix the correct postage to your parcel.  Should a refund be requested, the original postage and packing charge will not be refunded.  We process our returns as soon as they are received, but during busy periods there may occasionally be a delay.  Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment.  Cheques can only be made payable to the original issuer.


CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS  [UK orders only]
This regulation replaces the Distance Selling Regulations and applies if you buy online or by phone and then wish to cancel your order.  This regulation only applies when you cancel the whole order and not for partial returns [which would come under the standard Bonsoir Returns Policy].

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 calendar days from the day you receive it.  If your order consists of multiple Bonsoir garments, the 14 days run from when you receive the last item.  This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually get the goods back to the Bonsoir offices in Somerset.  Your order must be returned in full including paperwork and packaging.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the products more than was necessary.

Refunding the cost of delivery: [If your UK order included a delivery charge].

·         The Regulation requires Bonsoir to refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place.  Therefore, if you selected a Special Delivery you will be refunded with £4.50, which is the cost of Standard UK Delivery.

·         Bonsoir does not offer a free returns policy and therefore the cost of returning your order will not be refundable.

MONOGRAMMING SERVICE
Monogrammed items cannot be returned unless otherwise agreed.
Please note we are unable to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery for monogrammed items to certain parts of the world.  If you are outside of the UK and would like to have an item monogrammed please contact our Customer Service Team on 01460 200460 for more information.

REFUNDS OF SPECIAL OFFER PRODUCTS
If you purchase products as part of an offer and return part of the order, the refund will be calculated based on the full price of purchasing the individual items at the normal standard price. For example; you purchase 2 cotton essential men’s pyjamas at £95 and return one of them for a refund; you will receive a refund of £36 and not £47.50 as purchasing a single pair of men’s essential cotton pyjamas is £59.

DELIVERY

If the item is out of stock we will inform you of any delay. These delivery charges apply regardless of order value.

STANDARD DELIVERY
For items in stock we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order. We charge £4.50 post and packing for deliveries made within the UK, which is charged once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY
Postage & Packaging charges as follows:
Europe £14.50
USA & Canada £17.50
Rest of World £24.50

UK SPECIAL DELIVERY [NEXT WORKING DAY GUARANTEED SERVICE]
For an extra £5 [Total Delivery P&P Charge £9.50] we will despatch your order to arrive next working day. This service is for UK mainland only (excluding a Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday delivery.) For the highlands and islands please allow an extra 24 hours.

This offer is only available for UK orders placed before midday, and is subject to stock availability.

FREE DELIVERY
When we refer to "Free Delivery" or "Free P&P" on the website, or in our catalogue, it is standard delivery to UK addresses. If you choose another delivery option or delivery to a non-UK address then the free delivery offer is not applicable and our normal delivery charges will be applied.

WEBSITE
We do not accept liability for any errors or omissions contained in our website. We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered online, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on bonsoirdirect.com is incorrect for any reason, we will email or call you to inform you that we have not accepted your order. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product and you can continue with the order or can cancel the order if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES
We may provide links to third parties that we believe may be of interest to you. We do not control nor vet these websites, and therefore we cannot accept liability in respect of either the contents or your use of these websites.

COOKIES
These are small text files, which your web browser places on to your computer or mobile device.  They record information about the items you have put into your shopping trolley and provide us with information about how our website is used so we can continue to improve our site.

The online shopping function of the site uses cookies to speed up the ordering process, enabling our website to recognise you from previous visits. They are not computer programmes and are incapable of reading any material on your hard disk or disseminate viruses. They only contain such information as you have provided to us on the website. You can set up your computer so that it rejects cookies, but in doing so you will be unable to use the shopping facility on the site.

We use Google Adwords Remarketing to advertise Bonsoir of London across the internet.  These adverts will appear in text, banner or image format when browsing other websites.
